Subject: Information notice on the processing of personal data, provided pursuant to Art. 13 of Reg. 2016/679/EU.

Please be informed that your personal data shall be processed at our company. Data is processed in compliance with the criteria provided for by the European General Data Protection Regulation, Reg. 2016/679/EU (hereinafter G.D.P.R.) and with all other national legislation, measures or authorisations issued by the competent authority linked to data protection. According to the indicated legislation, the processing must be based on the principles of fairness, lawfulness and transparency and the protection of your confidentiality and your rights.

2) Data will be collected and used for the following purposes:

1. Sending requested information, for which express consent is not required (Art. 6.1, lett. a), of the G.D.P.R.);
2. Commercial marketing for which express consent is required (Art. 6.1, lett. a) and f), of the G.D.P.R.).

 

3) Methods: personal data is processed by the data controller and by duly appointed data processors in order to correctly fulfil the purposes indicated in point 2), using electronic means and paper archives, as well as using security measures aimed at ensuring the confidentiality of personal data and avoiding improper access by unauthorised individuals.

 

4) Disclosure: data may be disclosed to duly appointed internal and external parties who carry out activities on behalf of the data controller.

Data will not be disclosed to non-EU third countries and dissemination is not foreseen (e.g. social networks, websites, etc.). The data controller does not use automated processes, including profiling, in order to fulfil the purposes stated in this information notice.

 

5) The Data Controller shall process the personal data for the amount of time necessary to fulfil the aforementioned purposes and, in any case, for no longer than two years from the termination of the relationship for the purposes indicated.

 

6) The data subject has the right to ask the data controller for access to his/her personal data or the correction or deletion of said data, or the restriction of processing concerning him/her, or has the right to object to processing, in addition to the right to request data portability. 

Requests may be sent via e-mail, fax or registered post, indicating the subject: “request by the data subject” and specifying therein the right that the data subject wishes to exercise (cancellation, rectification, data portability, right to be forgotten), together with a valid email/certified e-mail address to which the relative reply can be sent.

The data controller, or anyone appointed by the data controller, must respond to the request within 30 days from the date of receipt. Should the reply be complex, this deadline may be extended by another 30 days, subject to prompt notification thereof being sent to the data subject.

If you believe it is appropriate to enforce your rights, you are entitled to lodge a complaint with the competent supervisory authority, corresponding to the ‘Garante privacy nazionale’ [data protection authority] in Italy, based in Piazza Venezia, 11 – 00187 Rome.
